Description

ASSA SYM two-system security lock with a hookbolt and a latchbolt.
Backset 50 mm.
Reinforced patented hookbolt that deadlocks into the strike plate in case of cracking attempt.
Locking by 360° turn of key.
The hookbolt moves by turning a key or the thumbturn, the handle only moves the latchbolt.
Security and regular lock in one: while being at home you can use the thumbturn to open and lock the door.
When leaving the house you can block the thumbturn with pushing the nipple on the faceplate down.
Now locking the door with key blocks the thumbturn and the door can only be opened with a key both from outside and inside.
Opening the lock with a key automatically restores the thumbturn function.
